Traditional Dining

This Texas dining room is a perfect blend of classic traditional with a fresh twist! Although it was difficult to give up perfectly preserved furniture, our clients were ready to freshen up the dining room. The new furniture needed to extend to seat 10 comfortably and our client wanted smaller, lighter weight chairs.

Project Overview:

First, we lightened the walls by painting them a creamy, neutral color. Then we introduced the large buffet with a washed grey finish and traditional corbels. Bonnie selected the smaller scale Louis XVI chairs and had them custom finished in an antique washed white/grey with linen upholstery. Finding the perfect table to seat 10 was the most difficult piece to source but we found it!
